The purpose of the SNAP GIS Team has been broadened to cover additional aspects of interagency GIS and project support and to facilitate GIS and data management for other interagency projects and programs. Realizing the importance of geospatial data to most interagency projects and programs, the SNAP GIS Team is working to provide a framework which will allow for greater data standardization and access along with improved data analysis across agencies.
Vision Statement: The vision of the GIS Team is to promote the access and sharing of high-quality geospatial data across agencies in support of interagency projects and programs.
