Join Aaron to explore two unnamed, little used canyons in South Fossil Ridge. Directly across from Blue Diamond, we will follow a wash as it turn to a narrow steep canyon and then spills out onto the top of the knoll, before dropping down into another canyon to return. We will have to scramble and navigate some steep dry waterfalls to see all the hidden places these canyons hold. Strenuous, 4 miles. Ages 12+. Limited Space.

Flowers, flowers everywhere; learn about the blooms of Red Rock with Ranger Jim. This is a 20 minute power point program, conducted twice an hour from 1-3 pm at the Visitor Center. No sign up is required.

Hike with Chris and scramble over the boulder on a 6-mile out and back hike that follows the drainage of Oak Creek into the canyon between Wilson and Rainbow peaks. There may be a good chance to see water flowing if there was any precipitation earlier in the year. Strenuous. Limited Space.
