Southern Nevada Agency Partnership
SNAP has many partners and foremost are the four federal agencies that collaborate to make SNAP possible: the Bureau of Land Management (BLM),the National Park Service (NPS),the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), andthe U.S. Forest Service (USFS).
The Public Lands Institute at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas has worked closely with SNAP and collaborated with its interagency teams to make possible many of the SNAP education, outreach, research and volunteer projects.
Outside Las Vegas Foundation facilitates partnerships, launches initiatives, educates, advocates and helps provide connections between people and the public lands surrounding Las Vegas.
Friends of Nevada Wilderness is dedicated to preserving all qualified Nevada public lands as wilderness, protecting all present and potential wilderness from ongoing threats, educating the public about the values of and need for wilderness, and improving the management and restoration of wild lands.
